Over the course of his career, George has held various senior generalist roles in the Human Resources space, both at startup/scaling and globally recognised organisations such as Godiva Chocolatier, Subway, Grupo Bimbo, Concur Technologies and INC Research. Whether leading a team or acting in a standalone capacity, George has played instrumental roles creating workplace environments where people and businesses can thrive together, and organisations become an employer of choice.

Leveraging his deep expertise building successful HR functions, today, through his own platform, Peoplogy, George partners with startup and small companies, helping them create their HR foundations and put the right HR practices in place early — so they avoid costly mistakes later.
